GET ANISOTROPY LEVEL
Returns the anisotropic filtering level that was previously set with SET ANISOTROPY LEVEL. You can optionally pass the texture stage you want to query. By default stage 0 is used.

ARGUMENTS:
optional:
* Stage = the texture stage

RETURNS:
The applied anisotropic filtering level
